Individual Lending Campaigns
Your loan participation is taxed as interest and reported on Form 1099-INT at year-end. Steward will provide a Form 1099-INT by January 31st of each year to all lenders who received $10 or more in interest for the previous calendar year. You will need to report the interest amount on your individual tax return as well as your state return (if applicable).
